We invite you to alter your perception of life's essentials by providing for a child in need. The cost? Eighteen (18) euros or fourteen (14) sterling per month. If you wish to pay online with one off payment, we ask for a full year payment of £168 (Sterling) or €216 (Euro). These funds go directly towards the child’s education, school books, uniforms, and in some schools a meal daily.
Throughout East Africa vulnerable children are living lives of depreviation. The greatest tragedy is their lack of education. Given the opportunity to attend school, these children could develop skills so that they could be contributing members of their family and community. Help build a school and open the gates to a new future.
Construction of the school is only the beginning; our Education programmes allows us to ensure that the school walls are not the only concrete means of security and protection. Our Education Advisor monitors the quality of the education, the management of the school, the qualifications of the teachers, as well as leading teacher workshops, all in the interest of the ensuring the quality of education.

It has been noted in reports that where clean water is available that infant mortality drops dramatically by 50%.

Micro Credit schemes are being offered in communities where people are receiving loans to start small businesses. This project embodies our slogan of helping others to help themselves, because the best way to assist someone out of the imprisonment of poverty is to equip them with the tools to scale the poverty barrier. Money is only a part of this equation. This provides a community with a source of dignity and enables them to make positive lifestyle choices.
Want to send something more tangible than money? How about pencils? Can you picture a child’s response when handed a pencil cases filled with pencils, coloured biros, a ruler, erasers, sharpeners? All these things are the tools (at a bare minimum) that will equip a child to tackle his or her schoolwork. Many East African children cannot afford even a pencil. Your gift will help a child to take the first to empowerment – access to an education.
