March 2010
5th March - The Coleraine Team will be holding an Indian buffet night at the Indus Valley, Coleraine on Tuesday, 5th March at 6.30pm. Tickets are £20 per person and all profits to Fields of Life.
6th March - "Briefing" Training Workshop at Hillhall Presbyterian Church Halls. £10. Registration at 9am starts at 9.30am - 5.30pm. 'Briefing for Senders' is a one-day, practical, interactive workshop with time for questions and discussion, which aims to teach participants how to provide appropriate preparation and effective briefing to those who are preparing for engagement in short-term mission overseas. Course fees should be paid on the day, at registration at the start of the workshop. Participants need to bring their own packed lunch. Tea & Coffee will be provided free-of-charge on arrival, mid-morning, at lunchtime and mid-afternoon. For more information visit www.mapmission.org.
12th March (Time and date to confirmed) - The Joymount Presbyterian Team will be holding a Ceilidh at Cairncastle. The proceeds of this event will go to help with the cost of travel for the Young Volunteers still at school or university.
20th March - Ignitition: starting to serve God around the world. The Barn, Dungannon 8pm. This event is specially aimed at youth groups in the 15-25 range, so come along with your group or by yourself and join other young people in discovering how God is getting His message of mission out around the world. Mon 22nd, Tues 23rd and Wed 24th March - The Medley Team invites those interested on having a night of racing in Formula One Karting, Newry at 7.30pm. It will be a night of competition and proving your skillful driving!!! Price £35 per person. Interested please contact Claire on 07549 928315.
27th March -The Joymount Presbyterian Team will be holding an 'Afternoon Tea with Karen Marsden' on Saturday, 27th March 2010. Please do come along and enjoy Karen Marsden and an afternoon of music in the church followed by some Traditional Afternoon Tea in the church halls. This promises to be a delightful afternoon. Donations for the Concert and Afternoon Tea to Fields of Life.
April 2010
22nd April - The Joymount Presbyterian Team will be holding a concert by the Celtic Tenors, supported by Loughside Chamber Choir at St Anne's Cathedral, Belfast on Thursday, 22nd April at 7.45pm. 30th April - The Shankill Team will be holding an annual ball to raise funds for their project, staff accommodation. Tickets are £50 (£35 - concession - student/OAP). 2nd May - Finlay Brown (Coleraine) runs in the Exeter Half Marathon on Sunday, 2nd May - sponsored by students from Exeter University and Peninsula Medical School.
15th May (date to be confirmed) - The Joymount Presbyterian Team will be holding a youth organised Hockey Tournament at Mossley Hockey Complex - proposed date 15th May 2010. Funds from this event to off-set the cost of travel for the young volunteers.

Date and Venue to be confirmed - The Joymount Presbyterian Team will be holding a Family Fun Day - a chance to say thank you to the congregation, friends and supporters who have helped to raise money to finance the project(s) in Uganda.
