How Does It Work?
It is simple really, you or your group, pack pencil case(s) with writing tools or other materials (see the complete listing in the What is in the Cases? section for further details). If you arrange to send these pencil case(s) to us, we then send them on to the children in East Africa. It is a wonderful and easy way for children to connect with children of East Africa!
Step 1: Contact Fields of Life to obtain suggestions and provide details
- Fundraising tips (consult the Fundraiser's Den on this website)
- Number of pencil cases you wish to collect and send to East Africa
- Timeframe for the Write Gift effort
- The contact details of the organisers
- Identify group members (or helpers)
Step 2: Implement the fundraising plan
- Organise and inform your group (or helpers) about Fields of Life
- Agree on the timeframe for gathering all materials
- Research and agree the source for the materials
- Confirm delivery date with Fields of Life
Step 3: Deliver the Write Gift
- Confirm delivery details with Fields of Life
- Confirm the results of your Write Gift effort so that Fields of Life can extend a heartfelt thank you!
