Fundraising is the gentle art of teaching the joy of giving." - Hank Rosso
There are loads of different ways to raise money for Fields of Life, and to get others involved. As a Fields of Life Fundraiser you will be involved in planning, organising and running as few, or as many, fundraising activities as you wish. What you do, how you do it and when you do it is entirely up to you; but we are happy to help you as much as possible throughout the process. To see a full listing of recommended fundraising activities, consult our Fundraising Ideas section, or download the Introductory Fundraising Pack which offers practical tips and ideas.
Your fundraising effort can be earmarked for a specific programme, or you may wish to support the FOL General Funds, it is entirely up to you where the money you raise goes to. If you would like to organise a fundraiser or if you would like any more information please don't hesitate to contact our Fundraising and Volunteer Co-ordinator, Helen Keown by emailing helen@fieldsoflife.com.
The Miller family, along with some family friends, organised a sponsored 8km bike ride which took place on Sunday 17th April. Ian, Duncan, Cath, Donna, Dominic (6 years old), Connor (8 years old) and Daniel (2 years old) completed the cycle despite a slow puncture and a pedal falling off. They raised a fantastic £223 for Fields of Life and we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who took part and supported this fundraising event!
