Anita Brightley-Hodges, MD of Family Business Place, inspired the Well Good Campaign. The Well Good campaign started following her trip to Uganda to view our work on the ground.
Well Good is working in partnership with Fields of Life to bring clean water to communities in East Africa. Through the fantastic network of Family Businesses, The Red Ribbon Awards and under-taking extreme treks, 18 boreholes have been drilled
We have received support from some truly wonderful organisations. We give thanks to: Bennett Opies Ltd, Medway Bridge Marina, Boodles, James Caan Foundation, Shepherd Construction, Downers Design, St Peter’s Church, Ditton Parish Council, Component Force, STORM Watches, David Best, Westons Cider, Sweetpea and Willow, Sahara Warriors, Rosedale Funeral Homes and not forgetting Family Business Place.
Sam Dallas from Medway Bridge Marina commented: “Not only will you be helping a great cause, it’s also a great chance to have fun with your team. Also, it is a brilliant PR story for your business. It’s simple to get involved. Just start fundraising and you too can make a huge difference to the lives of others.
Anita and her team are currently planning a trek across Patagonia. It will take place early next year to raise funds and awareness for the Fields of Life Water programme.
