What’s new on the Fields of Life Website?

We were delighted to officially launch the brand new Fields of Life website yesterday,  we hope you like it as much as we do!

While we hope you enjoy the fresh look and feel of the website, there are many other new and exciting features, here’s what you need to know:

The first thing you might have noticed when you visited the website was a screen asking you which region you were from. We want to make sure that the content you see on our website is relevant to you! So, by selecting a region you will see news and events specific to where you are; but, if you’re like us and get a little curious sometimes, you can change the region using the drop down menu at the bottom right of the website.

We have also introduced a brand new interactive map in our “Where We Work” section, this is one of our favourite updates! The map displays some of our most recent Education, Water and Health projects. You can filter the map by country and see exactly where each project is located, and to find out more information and see photos from a specific project, just click the icon on the map.

Another thing you might notice, is that we have re-worked our whole online donation process; you can now sign up for both one off giving and regular giving and you can let us know, specifically, which campaigns you would like to support. Our website agency, GCD Technologies, have done a brilliant job making the whole process as easy as possible…if you have any difficulties with the new process please let us know.

Our “Latest News” section is another important section to know about, this is where we will keep you up to date with all upcoming Fields of Life events and fundraisers and we will regularly post blogs from our offices, teams and volunteers.

These are just some of the new, exciting features; we’re sure that as you browse the website you’ll notice plenty more! If you have any feedback at all please let us know by emailing [email protected]

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped us with this project, especially Alan and Greg from GCD Technologies, who have done a great job designing and implementing everything for us!
